Looking back at 2022

After a slow couple of years, 2022 was a real about face. After nearly 15 years of associate designing on Broadway I was able to co-design a show with Scott Lehrer - the acclaimed revival of Into the Woods, directed by Lear deBessonet. It was unbelievably satisfying to help put up such a beautiful show, and (to toot our own horns) receive some excellent recognition for the work Scott and I did.

Towards the end of the year I was able to working with Gavin Creel, designing the workshop of his self-written and composed musical Walk on Through. You couldn’t ask to work with a nicer, and more talented artist. I was also lucky enough to have the amazing Carin Ford behind the faders, and Nathan Rubio backstage wrangling wireless mics, monitors, and generally being a life saver.

It was a great year, and I’m looking forward to see what the future brings.
